This project aims to provide a place and a shelter for birds migrating every year to spend winter, and meanwhile an entertainment place for people to enjoy themselves. We also create a website of service system for staff in the park to manage the park operation.
It is a center for the elderly who have retired and no daughters and sons accompanied them. It provides them a place to enjoy and enrich their retiring life.
